Are there any additional costs?

Mighty includes everything needed to complete your company accounts as listed in the price above.

Mighty's price dores not cover the Companies House admin fee for Confirmation Statements (£13 per year). This is paid directly to Companies House by companies each year.

Optional Add Ons:

Self Assessment: £149pa, ex VAT.

What is it? This is your personal tax return which is due by Jan 31st each year. This is separate from your company tax return.

Registered Address & Mail Scanning: £100pa, ex VAT.

What is it? A registered address protects your privacy by ensuring your home address does not appear publicly on Companies House, and provides same day scanning of your post.

I don't have a LTD company yet, can you help?

If you'd like to join Mighty we'll incorporate your limited company for you so your company can be live in under 24 hours.

Companies House charge a £50 incorporation fee for every new company. However, if you choose to pay annually, we'll incorporate your company for free.

‍If you pay monthly, we'll still handle the incorporation but do charge for the £50 Companies House incorporation fee as it's an out of pocket expense for us too.
