Get a prestigious virtual address and protect your privacy with same day mail scanning
We’ve partnered with Hoxton Mix to provide clients with a virtual office address and same day mail scanning - directly integrated, uploaded and synced to Mighty’s platform.
Say goodbye to painful admin and brown envelope fear. Our direct integration with Hoxton Mix will immediately notify of any important mail and store key HMRC documents within your Mighty account on autopilot.
We chose to partner with Hoxton Mix for their best in class technology that integrates directly into Mighty's platform. That means whenever you receive a letter from HMRC or Companies House (and they send a lot), it will directly feed through to you Mighty account for easy access and sharing with a Mighty accountant.
No other providers could keep up with their tech or reliability for delivering same day mail scanning. By integrating mail scanning into Mighty you never need to worry about losing tax codes or manually sending us documents - everything is already synced seamlessly in one system.
Please note: Mighty makes no mark-up on Hoxton Mix's service. We offer their service at cost to all our clients to help protect your privacy and automate your admin. If you were to join Hoxton Mix via their website, you would pay £200pa or £20pm ex VAT.
Physical mail forwarding: The price above does not include physical mail forwarding e.g. such as cheques, bank cards or certificates. If physical mail forwarding is required, Hoxton Mix will charge for the postage cost of this. To automate this process, you can add a small balance on account (e.g. £5) to cover any future postage costs.
A virtual office is a service that provides businesses with a physical address and office-related services (such as mail scanning & forwarding) without requiring them to lease or own physical space.
When operating a business you must provide a ‘registered’ address which will be listed publicly on Companies House and is available for anyone online to search and look-up.
You must also provide your registered address on invoices being sent to clients and if billing online through an online check-out, this address is often shown to customers.
If you use your home address, your name and address will therefore be available for people to search and look-up online. Many people do not feel comfortable with this, opting to protect their data and privacy by using a virtual office address instead.
