James has spent over a decade working in the contractor and freelancer accounting space across specialist firms and top 20 accountancy practices.
His background spans accounting, operations and product management, with a focus on improving how accounting services are delivered to modern businesses.
At Mighty, James leads the accounting and product side of the business, helping shape both the client experience and the software itself.
02 Co-Founder
Mark O'Grady
Co-Founder · Engineering & platform
Mark has over 20 years of experience building products within the accounting and fintech space.
Before co-founding Mighty, he worked across a range of accounting software products and won both Xero and QuickBooks hackathons.
At Mighty, Mark leads engineering and platform development, helping turn accounting workflows into software that feels intuitive and easy to use.
03 Senior Accountant
James Falvey (yes, another James F)
Senior Accountant · Client support
James works directly with Mighty clients across payroll, VAT, year-end accounts, self-assessment, tax planning and general accounting support.
As Mighty's first senior accountant, he plays an important role in supporting clients day to day while contributing to product development. If you're looking to join Mighty, your first conversation will likely be with James.
