Yes. The address can be used as your company's official registered office with Companies House, and it's accepted by HMRC for official correspondence.
What's the difference between a registered office and a director's service address?
Your registered office is your company's official public address. A director's service address is the public contact address for each director. Both appear on the Companies House record and our package covers both, so your home address stays off the public record entirely.
What happens to my mail?
Official company mail sent to the address is received, scanned and delivered to you digitally, usually within one business day, through the online portal and the iOS, Android and web apps. Junk mail is filtered out automatically. If you need physical items sent on, forwarding is available across the UK and worldwide for the cost of postage plus a small handling fee.
Is my mail secure?
Yes. Mail is handled in a secure, 24/7-monitored facility with restricted access. Staff undergo background checks, every item is barcoded and tracked, and confidential paperwork is securely cross-shredded. The service is Cyber Essentials Plus certified.
Can I use the address on my website and marketing?
