Limited company plans, line by line

Ordered from the lowest monthly fee to the highest.

The Accountancy Partnership has its own pricing structure, so for a useful comparison we have assumed at least £20,000 turnover and one director on payroll when working out its monthly fee, rather than using its fees for companies with turnover under £20,000 or dormant companies.

Why is Mighty cheap?

Mighty is able to offer a very affordable accountancy service because of the software we have built specifically for freelancers, contractors, and small agencies.

Traditional accountancy firms rely on a stack of separate tools for bookkeeping, payroll, accounts production, corporation tax, practice management, CRMs, and more. All of that software costs money, and those costs ultimately get passed on to clients.

At Mighty, our platform replaces much of that setup. By removing a large chunk of those overheads, we can keep our fees lower without compromising on quality.

And while our prices are low, we don’t cut corners on service. Every client has a dedicated accountant they can speak to whenever they need support.

Is it difficult to switch accountants?

Once you sign up and grant us permission to act on your company's behalf, we contact your current accountant for professional clearance and the records we need.

Whilst this isn't as straightforward as changing supermarkets, most changeovers are relatively painless. The speed of the handover depends on any outstanding work and how quickly your existing accountant responds.

What accounting features does Mighty's software include?

From banking integrations and invoice generation to real-time tax tracking and MTD VAT filing, Mighty has so many features that we recommend taking a look at our features page.

When is the best time to change accountant?

Usually around your year end, as it gives a clean starting point. It also avoids paying two sets of accounting fees and duplicating bookkeeping across different software. If you move partway through the year, do still get in touch and we can discuss your options.
